Return & Refund Policy

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and unworn, in the same condition you received it, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You'll also need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, email us at info.barbieslab@gmail.com. Once your return is approved, we'll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info.barbieslab@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
